Volunteers honored The St. Anne’s Pastoral Care Volunteers have received the 2010 Heart of the Home Award for their outstanding care of residents and families.

Recent Events: We would like to thank the Catholic Herald editorial team and writer Dave Fidlin for an excellent article about Dick Glaser in the Mature Lifestyles section on February 11. The article highlights Dick’s dedication to St. Anne’s, and it also highlights his winning of the St. Anne Award and HeartStrings. Congratulations to everyone throughout the St. Anne's family on the deficiency free state annual recertification survey. The results of the survey document something we are very proud of and have known for many years; that the quality of care provided to our residents is second to none. Furthermore, we know the concern and love shown to our residents every day cannot be documented or fully appreciated by state surveyors, but is demonstrated by the smiles and supportive words and letters shared with all of us by St. Anne's residents and their families. It is those smiles and kind words that are more important than any survey, because they do so much to demonstrate the quality of all of the the caregivers throughout St. Anne's who share their love and dedication 24 hours every day. That is what makes St. Anne's... A Home with a Heart.
