Skilled Care Services
Currently 115 beds are available within St. Anne’s
Home for the Elderly, our normally deficiency
free nursing home which is dually certified Medicare
and Medicaid. Residents' rooms are located close to
therapy areas, the dining room, activities centers, as well as medical, dental, podiatry and social services. We can accommodate short- and

Assisted Living Apartments
St. Anne's assisted living apartments
are located on the north end of the campus.
In March 2005 we opened our second section of
assisted living apartments bringing the total
number of apartments to 39.There are two sections
of apartments: Each section has its own dining
room, lounge space and staff.
- Tivoli Terrace – 24 one bedroom apartments
– traditional & open concept
- Jordan Hall – 15 units – four
floor plans - studio, deluxe studio, one bedroom
and two bedroom apartments.
St. Anne's assisted living is “small enough

about me.” “I have privacy when I
need it and community when I want it.” Our
staff provides highly personalized care in a ’home’
large enough to offer everything a resident might

 Rehabilitation
& Pharmacy Services
Physical, occupational and speech therapy
services are provided on site at St. Anne’s by
professional rehabilitation therapy staff as required
by Medicare Part A, Part B and Medicaid.
Pharmacy services are also provided by Covenant Health
Care Pharmacy Long Term Care Services.

Dietary Services
Our dietary department receives considerable praise
for the quality of food they serve. Physician-ordered therapeutic diets
are planned by our registered dietician, and we try to give consideration to residents' food preferences in our meal planning.
Family members and other guests are welcome to join residents
for meals with advance notice. Meal tickets
can be purchased at the reception desk.
