Ways to Donate
At St. Anne’s, mission means a higher
standard of care.
We are called to be a witness of God’s
love, compassion and mercy. St. Anne’s dedicated administrative
team, devoted staff, supportive families and countless volunteers
make daily contributions to the success of our mission. The
volunteer St. Anne’s board of directors — which
includes both lay and religious members — provides the
financial stewardship and spiritual guidance which guarantee
our high standard of care. This commitment to the dignity
of the individual and quality of life is reflected in our
State survey data and accreditations and, more importantly,
in the individual attention and care given to each and every
resident.
We need your help to
extend our mission.
St. Anne’s is proud that ”private
pay” residents are attracted to our home for its high
level of skilled nursing care. But our mission calls us to
extend the same respectful care for the aged to everyone,
regardless of their financial resources. Only the continued
generosity of our donors can make this reality. Your gift
can make all the difference by:
- erasing the shortfall between Medicaid reimbursement
and actual daily costs for our high quality care
- maintaining and upgrading facilities and adding new
residential care and assisted living units to serve a
larger population and meet residents’ need
Here are just a few easy ways to join
the St. Anne’s donor community.

Brightening the Heart of St. Anne’s Outdoors
We are raising money to renovate our current
porch and park to better accommodate the vibrant activities
of St. Anne’s residents and their families and friends.
The three projects include: a year-round pavilion, a patio
with adjoining walkways, and an enhanced pond and reflection
gardens. The proposed pavilion will replace the existing porch
with a new 1,800 square foot structure which will double the
amount of current usable space and provide a year-round gathering
place. The pavilion will cost $200,000.
Adjacent to the new pavilion, plans include
a large concrete patio. In addition to this patio, new walkways
will be laid throughout the park to make this area accessible
to everyone, including residents with limited mobility.
The pond that anchors the outdoor area will
be deepened and repaired. The statue of St. Joseph will remain.
The pond and other park areas will receive a facelift with
the addition of practical and visually-appealing landscaping
to allow for quiet walks and reflection. The entire project
is estimated to cost $300,000.
For more information about this project and
donation opportunities, please visit the lobby at St. Anne’s
to see the display, or contact Lora Rosenbaum, 414.466.7414.

More ways to give...
Consider an IRA distribution
directly to St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus. This donation
is excluded from your income and counts against your required
minimum distribution for the year for those who are 70 ½
or older. Ask your IRA administrator to send a check directly
to us. Consult your tax advisor for further details.
On October 3, 2008, President Bush signed
legislation (Public Law 110-343), which includes an extension
of the IRA Charitable Rollover originally
enacted as part of the Pension Protection Act of 2006. The
extension is retroactive, applying to distributions made
throughout both the 2008 and 2009 tax years. The extension
will allow individuals 70 1/2 and older to donate up to
$100,000 from their IRAs to charities tax-free.
Appreciated stock is another
way to donate to St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus. If you're
looking for a way to expand your giving, donating such an
asset may be an excellent way to do that! If you have owned
a stock for at least one year and are interested in donating
it to St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus, please contact Lora
Rosenbaum, our Development Director, at 414.466.7414.
